REFUNDS / RETURNS / EXCHANGE POLICY

 

Refunds

Please feel free to contact AniCrown with any questions and/or concerns that you may have before you place your order. We would rather provide you with more information now than have you be disappointed when your item arrives. Happy surprises are great, but disappointment is a no-go.

Returns/Refunds are only allowed on items that are not as described due to misinformation on AniCrown’s behalf. This is how AniCrown is able to keep prices lower than competitors and offer free shipping. Please be sure that you genuinely want the item before purchasing.

Due to a spike in fraudulent claims, AniCrown issues store credit only, we do NOT issue refunds for issues outside of AniCrown-made errors.

Fraudulent chargebacks/claims will not be tolerated, refunded, nor fulfilled. AniCrown will seek to have fraudulent activity prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. AniCrown’s Attorney fees to defend itself will be the sole responsibility of the person who’d committed the fraudulent offense(s). If you submit payment, it mean you agree to these terms.

Please do not commit any type of fraud with this business; Anicrown is a small, women-owned, family-operated business working hard to maintain and build.

 

Exchanges

 

Because we can't ensure the style/size required will be available by the time the item is returned, we are unable to accommodate exchanges.

 

Returns

 

Due to the fragility of most of AniCrown’s items, you have 7 business days from the date of delivery to request a return authorization via contact@anicrown.com.

Upon approval, shipping instructions will be emailed to you and the item(s) must be shipped within 4 days or less of the date of the approval.  We are not responsible for shipping costs to return the item.

Accessories, swimwear, bodysuits, lingerie, white garments, hair care, sale items and anything else noted are FINAL SALE.

Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect it for defects and/or signs of wear. Item(s) must be unworn, unaltered, damage-free and stainless. This includes pet hair, stains, smells, rips, damaged zippers, crochet rips, safety pins on product, incomplete strapping or buttons, makeup stains, and with the original tags (if applicable) attached.  We are not responsible for damages to clothing as a result of improper care, handling or incorrect sizing. If we detect that the item has been worn or damaged, we reserve the right to deny your return.  We are not responsible for return shipping.

Please allow 3-5 business days for processing once we receive the return.   Once your return is fully processed, if approved, we will issue you store credit in the form of an AniCrown e-Gift card for use on a future purchase.

 

AniCrown is not responsible for returns until they reach our return address.  Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, AniCrown will not issue store credit for your returns.

 

If you received DEFECTIVE merchandise, you must contact us within 7 days by submitting a RETURN REQUEST to contact@anicrown.com with pictures (if applicable) so we may address the issue. We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period, have washed it or worn it. Exceptions and special circumstances concerning returns will be evaluated on case-by-case basis.

 

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

 

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

 An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"

An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or

Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

 

Storage

Items are stored in a climate controlled, smoke free storage environment.
