Shipping Policy


If you need your order within 1 to 3 business days, we recommend Express Shipping.

Orders usually take 3-5 working days to prepare, depending on the number of products included in the order, if it is a pre-order item, there is a problem with your order, or additional verification is needed.

You will automatically receive an e-mail when your order has shipped. It will contain a tracking number which you can use to track every movement and go online and track the status of your shipment (give at least 24 hrs for USPS to update tracking information).

All orders placed on Friday after 1:00 PM CST will begin processing on the following Monday.

 

US Shipping

Free standard shipping on orders over $150

Express Mail Services (business days only! SATURDAY & SUNDAY deliveries are NOT guaranteed) Usually takes 1 day, unless the carrier estimates a different date or if your address is in a 2-day zone)​

Shipping and Handling Fees vary for Express Services; please utilize the shipping calculator for the exact amount. (Express orders placed after 11 am CST will be processed the next day)

Shipping Notice

During high peak times such as Black Friday and Christmas, orders ship out within 2 weeks. We will have items processed as quickly as possible.

If the order is delayed due to special reasons such as COVID-19, we will help you to contact the courier, but we cannot bear the responsibility of unforeseen shipping delays due to the worldwide pandemic.

Business Days & Holidays

All orders ship Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on the following holidays:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Eve
  • Christmas Day
  • New Year’s Eve

 

International Shipping

AniCrown cannot anticipate customs and duties fee costs and will not reimburse any additional fees incurred. Before placing your order, please contact your local customs office, or U.S. Postal Service branch office, to find out what types of fees you can expect.

APO/FPO

Yes, we ship to APO/FPO addresses.  Items usually arrive within 7-15 business days after processing.

 

Refused, Not Received or Undeliverable Packages

Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for stolen packages or packages delayed by the postal service. Once USPS scans the package into their system, it is the customer's responsibility to initiate a search request with their local Post Office. 

Please contact us to request your package be mailed with "signature delivery" if you have concerns about your package being stolen or not received. 

To ensure that your package is properly delivered within applicable timeframe, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. We recommend entering the address the same way USPS formats it to include your apartment number, floor number, or any other information.  We are not responsible for incorrect information. If the package is returned undeliverable, we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge. If you would like us to re-ship a package that was returned to us as undeliverable, additional shipping costs are your responsibility.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from AniCrown, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
