DIRECTIONS: Massage desired amount of AniCrown's Feed Me Growth Scalp & Hair Oil into your hair and scalp, then style as desired. Can be used daily.

We strive to ensure every order is picked accurately and packed to withstand normal handling by the carriers we use. Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email to you, with link to track its progress.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm Eastern Standard Time. Orders received by 5pm EST are shipped by the end of the next business day.

During high peak times such as Black Friday and Christmas, orders ship out within 2 weeks. We will have items processed as quickly as possible.

Exchanges
Because we can't ensure the style/size required will be available by the time the item is returned, we are unable to accommodate exchanges.
Returns
If there is a problem with your order, please be sure to contact us immediately. Any order disputes must be reported within 30 days to receive a refund or replacement
Containers empty of anicrown.com product or product that has been altered are not eligible for a refund.
Only products purchased on anicrown.com may be returned. Products purchased from any of our retail partners should be returned directly to the place of purchase.
If you received DEFECTIVE merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days by submitting a RETURN REQUEST with pictures (if applicable) so we may address the issue. We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period, have washed it or worn it. Exceptions and special circumstances concerning returns will be evaluated on case-by-case basis.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
